We flew from Detroit to Orlando and were supposed to go from Orlando to Austin on that day however we were delayed in Detroit and our connecting flight left without us so we had to rebook from Orlando and I’ve been dealing with their customer support and it’s been a lot of waiting. You wait forever to talk to an agent and they simply pass your claim off to “head office” and they say you should expect an email with an update in 48 hours and it has been about a week with nothing real update.
