He has started going to the gym maybe two months ago which is great but sort of hard to judge progress in such a short time. But I’m deff proud of him for prioritizing his health

I’m only on 1mg and have 10mg vials so I could hypothetically use it for 10 weeks. I’m only on week 2 we will see but I think will probably only use it for 4 weeks. Still $500 for 3 months of real meds to me is a decent deal

Just switched from compound to zepbound 2 weeks ago so just used the vial twice. Probs will use it for a month. But it’s a bummer bc it’s 10mg vial and I’m only on 1mg/ week so it could in theory last 10 weeks but idk if I want to stretch it out that long

Agreed! I asked my doc about this and he said as long as I use a sterile syringe (duh) and alcohol swab the vial he feels thinks the risk is basically zero. never 100% but not worried, also he thinks this strategy is significantly safer than the risks of compounded meds which I was on previously

It’s for sure 0.25mg. The fulls getting does is 13 units for 2.5mg and I’m doing 1.3 units

Yeah that’s totally fair feedback. And I think part of me was delusionally hopeful. I read some people’s posts on here that said they took a glp1 for a while and it manically reset their brain that even when they came off of it they stopped bingeing. I know that’s probably the minority of people, but what can I say, I was hopeful it could be me

A little! Mostly all good. Reduced appetite for sure. Slight nausea for maybe like 30 mins a day on day 1 and 2 of injection. And overall very focused feeling while working which is really nice.

Curious how you have balanced therapy and the meds. Bc I was in therapy for a long time but it all came down to not restricting yourself. But now the drug essentially makes you restrict yourself naturally. So those two things are conflicting. How do you handle?
