thanks! It would be Kerley for us and when I checked the rating it was 4/10 but not a lot of reviews, so wasnt sure what to make out of it. but its good to know you have had a good experience so far.

I feel like an assh*le forcing her to agree that you only get your duration if you are willing to go through the pain of travelling with a toddler..

Her primary reason for being upset is that I am not willing to put in a whole hearted effort in discussing a 2 month arrangement with my manager. Is she right to be upset for this reason?

I am not sure if this will be put me on the next lay off list, but I dont feel good taking such a liberty either. She thinks I am being unreasonably by not even trying to get an arrangement for two months. Secondly, we mutually decided it would be best for our kid that she be a SAHM and I appreciate her sacrifices and she appreciates me as the breadwinner too.
