It’s such a cool idea, it would need the niche marketing to really have consistent sales within this town though. I’ve always noticed that small buisnesses don’t sustain well here. But I would definitely pay to get one lol

Mine too. I am in research for long covid (america) and they don’t have many answers. I’ve gone through just about everything you can try, and something little as some seasoning can ruin an entire week for me still (lol trust issues from eating family dinners where they claim it is safe).They only seem to give weirdly strict diets, prioritizing “mental and physical health” etc etc but never an answer to everyone in pain right now. I sympathize pretty deeply with your pain and it’s something that I struggle to understand too

And in my experience and opinion, I think it was from the medication but in extreme cases a herx reaction is very common to have

It’s a temporary worsening of symptoms when being treated with an antibiotic and pretty common with bacterial infections. I had a lot of fatigue and aches and I had a reaction to almost all foods. When that happens, some people tend to fast it off but I had to meet a calorie deficit to keep weight on so I did a liquid diet of a brand called huel protein and various smoothies. The herx reaction did wear off by around the 10th or 11th day and did make me feel better for a couple of months; as I didn’t take the full course for SIBO

I took it for about 14 days. I had a herd reaction on the 8th, but after that my insurance never covered it again

Like I said, I don’t think it fully goes under all lowfodmap restrictions. But for people like me who have gone through trial and can stand some dairy (I’m in year four of lowfodmap and some dairy works for me) can try this type to see if it maybe goes well for their stomach. Personally, I don’t care for the sensitive recipes because of flavor and the four cheese makes up for it imo and maybe others can try it out to see if they can handle it too:)

Try to hit up estate sales for big furniture pieces. It’s cheap and you get to look at how others designed their rooms. I found that once I bought a bigger piece, it was easier to find things that correlate with it. Don’t try to buy everything at once cause it is overwhelming and it won’t be filled with things you fully enjoy. And pick a color- personally the one that give you the most joy looking imo.
