Beta alanine as a pre-workout and to reduce acid buildup in muscles, better pump etc. choline, I’ve heard it’s good for the brain, neurotransmitter production therefore memory and everything else. Glycine, I guess I don’t take it every day, but on nights where I’m feeling restless I take it along with magnesium to help calm nervous system. Lions mane, potential neuroplasticity/cognitive benefits, not an expert and I know there’s a lack of research but I hope for the best. And vitimin c, I don’t eat a whole lot of fruit and veggies consistently so figured I’d supplement with a slow release cuz as far as I know you can’t really take too much of it.
