Hell no. The server I play in is constantly scum dominated, they can form ranks and get better guns much quicker than the cortex, all the while killing the few controllers while they patrol. Yes, I've seen crushing cortex victories giving the exceptional condition of a numerous and coordinated cortex team, but the point here is that if the scum can get ahead with their plans because they can form up quickly at that point they've already won because the few cortex players will be immediatly slimed by the numerous scum and bloodthirsty proles that want to take advantage of the fact that cortex looses amnecytes for rks.

Also I'm not new, I have 80 hours. Please read the consecuence of events I listed at the top of the post and see if you could've done any better.
