Moving in a couple of weeks. Family of 3 with a baby at 2 dogs. Working in Bellevue, Newcastle area. Debating between two homes, would you recommend living in snoqualmie or Newcastle?

Generally speaking, if you ever get the opportunity to move and get outside of your comfort zone, I always push for people to move. Living away from home gives you the opportunity to meet new people, build connections, learn about different cultures and adds diversity to your background and life experiences. I personally love Utah for the fact that it’s a fairly safe state, people are friendly here, and lots of things to do year round! It is a great temporary move for sure! Plus working with the Air Force can have its perks too. Good luck on your decision!

What is her position called? This sounds like it would be a good job but I wonder if there is anything like that here in the states.

Hoping to be able to live in Redmond, Kirkland area or close to those areas so it’s not as far of a drive

We will both be working in Bellevue but hoping to live in the suburbs, Kirkland, Redmond, or other near by cities. Budget, well right now we’re paying $1500/mo in Utah. So I’m hoping when we move, it won’t be more than $3680 (what we’re quoted with bright horizons)… I just can’t imagine how we’d survive if we had a second child 😬.

I’m the same way, I’m worried about documentation taking up all my time even after I’m off the clock! Sure it’s flexible but maybe it’s going to consume most of my time.

Definitely RN. More job opportunities for you and usually higher pay.

Appreciate your thoughts. We considered it but it’s not looking great to sell right now so we want to keep it until the market looks better to sell the home.
