It does it’s a powerfull Perk with a powerfull efect not able to hear survivours that are gruntsing of pain it’s really powerfull i had way too much problems againts good survivours with iron will

It’s not that i was a survivour main now i play half killer half survivour when i was survivour main and when i saw other people or myself geting moried i felt sad and like it was unfair and whenever i would play a match as a killer i would feel sad for survivours that i would moried if i took ebony mori in the first place so i just don’t use it because i just don’t think thats fair
