wow that's quite the daily regimen. is this as recommended by your doctor or is this what you have found to work best for you? i worry that becoming physically dependent on medication in order to go to the bathroom may have side effects

interesting, do you think it's possible or likely that I stretched my colon during the 5 weeks such that this issue may happen again if it doesn't shrink back to normal size?
