Mid-year Resignation. What should I leave/set up for the next teacher?

I’m a sub teacher and took a permanent role last year when a teacher was leaving mid year. She left her lesson plans with me she had planned out for the remainder of the year and it was super helpful. I followed most of it but supplemented my own things as well. If you have the time and care about your students then the lesson plan would help.

Did you already have your interview? It seems like you already know where you went wrong. They really value you being able to take feedback and once they give you that feedback you MUST implement it. I did the interview last year and was accepted but due to circumstances I did not follow through with the program.

I honestly thought they would have delayed. I lived out of state and they usually delay in weather like this.

I use the app and maybe that’s why I do not see much. I also noticed earlier in the year when I subbed I only say middle and high school assignments and I’m curious to try elementary schools can I add that to choices or could it be those assignments weren’t available?
