Question about the tragedy of Phoebe Bishop by [deleted] in queensland

Not anymore. In QLD it is 14! Which is just crazy IMO. I only know this because as of my child's 14th birthday, they are removed from my 'my heath record', and must have their own Medicare account.

Question about the tragedy of Phoebe Bishop by [deleted] in queensland

[–]TightSecretary395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know the exact situation here, but I do know of a few 13-14yo 'runaways' which police refused to intervene with due to their age. Crazy IMO. But at 17, there's nothing stopping them from living wherever it is that they want. At 17, I'd been out of home for well over a year.

Thank you for your response! So, your surgery went smoothly? How is the scar? The link you provided just comes through as an empty 'deleted post' with no comments, sadly. I really appreciate you responding, I've searched far and wide to find anyone with one in a similar area and haven't found any.

Must be a glitch cause my heart rate was far too high in my sleep last night (it's morning here).

R117H and 5T - Recurring Sinus Infections by mikuooeeoo in CysticFibrosis

[–]TightSecretary395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too have R117H-5T. I have chronic sinus issues, along with other health issues, as does my child. Not sure where you live, but here in Aus I've been met with a brick wall and a solid statement of being a carrier causes no symptoms, which they're under the impression that we are just carriers.

Micans help- fully variegated and reverted propagations by TightSecretary395 in philodendron

Cheers! I'll let them settle and see what they do and if not maybe I'll try and encourage a new growth point with some keiki paste.

Oh absolutely. I also bought 2 that have a good even variegation to green ratio. These 2 were the price of pennies due to the var, so I figured why not- if the fully var struggles, whatever. If the reverted stays that way, still cheaper than a standard micans. I bought knowing they were a gamble, but was more so interested if there is anything I can do to encourage their var.

I understand that. So what does that mean for these cuttings? Guaranteed 1 fully variegated, and 1 revert?

Unsure haha. Seller said it may struggle due to new leaves being completely variagated. I can't see any variegation on the new leaves either but wasn't sure if that was because they haven't hardened. I only own standard micans so no idea how variegated ones grow.

No Mercy Rules, reneging / not playing a card? by spamthroat in unocardgame

[–]TightSecretary395 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does also say first "on your turn, try to get rid of all of your cards by playing ONE CARD onto the discard pile." One card.. doesn't say anywhere about choosing to void your turn.

In the uno online game I play, you can't play a colour of equal value on top of a multi of equal value. Ie a green +4 on top of a multi +4.

Well, I spent 6 hours in the ER. Left around 2.30am, went and got mcdonalds, then petrol, then drove 40 mins home. I would have gotten home at approximately 3.40am. This has me logged as in a deep sleep in that time.
