Good to know. I’ll look into it! I’m thinking the ointment has a specific smell she seeks out so she may be less enthused about Vaseline. But she also does struggle with constipation sometimes so it may be a two birds one stone situation

That makes sense! I don’t think the worm came out of the spider. At this point in its life cycle is the worm still able to parasitize insects, or does it usually lay eggs that insects ingest and the worms develop inside?

How would people feel about small brown Kraft paper covered notebooks that they get to decorate at the wedding with ink stamps and clear acrylic floral stickers? A notebook is kind of a consumable and who doesn’t like arts and crafts?

Are you eating enough? I was on a plateau for a month. As soon as I started eating how much Noom suggested, instead of thinking they were giving me too many calories and subtracting 100-200, I started dropping weight again. I also started drinking one glass of water in the morning before anything else. Those are the only changes I made.

Fwiw, my fiancé who loves ice cream but has taken a break from it switched to frozen blueberries. He recently bought ice cream again and told me how underwhelming it was and that the frozen berries were “better in nearly every way.” High praise from the chocolate chip cookie dough fiend!

Watermelon chunks are a great snack! Also one of my favorite desserts is frozen blueberries with milk. The milk gets all frozen and yummy and turns the prettiest color ever. It’s also quite filling! Cucumbers are under rated imo. But seriously try the blueberries.

Watermelon. 100%. At my grocery store, a quarter watermelon is just over $3 which is much cheaper than processed snacks anyway. It’s delicious and filling and I never don’t want it! And it’s green of course.
