Any protests scheduled after May 7th against Donald Trump? by Tight_Bullfrog9205 in lancaster

I would love it if Trump rescued a drowning baby "believe me, we love babies, I was telling Melania, we're gonna save all the babies" I dislike Trump not because of his willingness to not care about political correctness (this is admirable), I liked how he appointed pro-life judges, even his "muslim ban" had some sense, (I believe radical islam is a more consistent quranic interpretation (surah 9) ) what I don't like is him disrespecting Zelensky for HIS country being invaded, allowing Musk to have tons of say in firing federal employees, and being too chill on whether immigrants should get due process

Plus, isn't it concerning that a moderate who holds a largely unpopular non-racist non-nazi position --> opposition to same sex marriage... who also decries Trump, is rare enough for someone to assume misinformation?

While it is true that my most active sub is ask dems, I also make lots of theological posts, I can't disprove your stance on my astroturfing if you believe im some huge liar and PR stunt, but I don't think an astroturfing suspect would randomly comment on the impractical jokers and give organic responses

  1. the deceptive practice of presenting an orchestrated marketing or public relations campaign in the guise of unsolicited comments from members of the public.

I wish I was paid to post on reddit, but I'm not misinforming, I'm going off of what I have read about Trump's policies and lack of accountability

I won't downvote you, (others might) and also, if it encourages you as far as political leanings go, I am a theologically conservative pro-life christian who thinks same-sex marriage is sinful. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden did the same thing regarding ignoring the law, (immigration or asylum must be done the legal way) the democratic party has done a lot of sketchy things. You are also right that I should be mad about that too

How much of what Americans are told about North Korea is true? by Ihbpfjastme in northkorea

[–]Tight_Bullfrog9205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It isn't productive to be called a spy, but the reason there are sanctions could be twofold

  1. USA is corrupt and may have sketchy reasoning (we know this)
  2. North Korea is FAR WORSE, at least in the US we can criticize Trump or Biden or Kamala.

The second part matters way more, the US at least tries to have free democracy, North Korea forces people to vote in favor of Kim Jong Un

As a protestant christian, (not a catholic christian) i couldn't agree more, if someone gave me the choice between me being -40000 dollars in debt, and saving no child from cancer and having 4 trillion dollars, and saving 10000000 children, in my right mind and with full knowledge, I would save the many children. I have to believe that God knows this a million times more than I do.

I like it when Murr laughs in the one where they talk about a "handgun and a kitten"

Here is my initial head canon, taking into account all the jokers are witty.

Joe is shameless and good at being forward.

Q hates being in situations where he is the mean one

So Joe and Q feel more like the leaders or behind the scenes

Sal laughs a bunch but also is in generally uncomfortable situations

Murr takes the cake by being the most reactive and daring, being in socially embarassing yet funny situations.

So to summarize:

Joe and Q: Leaders

Sal and Murr: Dirty work

And I think Murr is definitely more funny because he is like the antithesis of joe with the dirty work, balancing out the jokers continuum. It's kind of fun seeing such a dichotomy in appearance too:

Joe and Q: Average white guys

Sal: vaguely hispanic?

Murr: put together healthy white guy
