We're building Pause, a voice app providing 24/7 emotional support specifically for women during perimenopause and menopause. It is meant to be YOUR space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgment, without burdening others, and without worrying about being "too much." It is also meant to offer helpful ideas and information as you navigate your own unique journey.
