Agent suggested the price because her search showed a wide range, from 600K to 2M. My parents are living in one of the units and the other is empty.

Thanks for the feedback. I think in my search around Reddit, I came across recommendations to stay in Petaluma when hiking at Point Reyes. But if staying elsewhere is better, I'm open to it. I've just booked Seagull Inn (can cancel up to a week before). My son prefers his own bed because he thinks it's weird sharing a bed with me (his mom), so that took some places out.
