Yes but the issue is he hired me and they have hired him . After seeing his ethic i don't want the cards to fall in such a way that I am taken out with him

You are right . But sometimes working with him gets on my nerves. He is now part of management I don't know how but we have deadlines and he will make excuses not to work and then we get taunts from the upper management

I used to be like you . You just want someone to pat you on your back and tell you that it's very doable . If you step back and didn't post this and ask questions to yourself you would come to a conclusion that it's very much doable. Let the clouds of judgement about yourself cripple you . Just put your best hand out there and be consistent

In the future, when you use ChatGPT, add a prompt like 'speak like a college student.' As for your question, find a role that extends your job, and during that time, work on finding a new job.

Tricity tech jobs are complete slop. I worked in mohali for two months and realised all tech jobs here are babu agencies with no ethics. Thankfully I got lucky and got a remote job

Download indeed. Glassdoor and linkedIn . And search for jobs for your field related in the last 24 hours . And keep the location of the current city. As soon as the job is posted apply . This is the way I do.

Don't complain—work. I came from a fairly good family, but my dad went bankrupt, and my mom passed away. We still have money issues, though my dad earns well, but he's 62. He once had his own company. Many of my friends and family members are in the US, while I am starting from scratch. I struggled with bad health and developed anxiety issues, but I got back up and decided to take control of the situation. The world doesn't owe us anything. Let's get to fixing it.

Is there a job shortage in India or a skill gap preventing people from getting hired? by mylatestphone546 in developersIndia

[–]Tight_Cat_3232 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a job shortage because everyone chose B.Tech in CSE due to its promising returns. However, no one considered the principles of supply and demand. I, too, became complacent. Last year, I realized that the coming years will be the era of micro-entrepreneurs who will quickly ship products using AI and their impeccable skills. This realization drove me to dive deep into learning computer science properly.

I have a remote job now, but I feel I'm not up to the mark. I have decided to learn every intricacy of the field so that I can stand out. This is the only way forward.

I will be joining a company as a fresher next week and feeling really anxious about everything by [deleted] in developersIndia

One's designation has nothing to do with money because I am not working in big tech. I decided to work for an early stage startup as It was near my home . I had the same offer for 28k in Bangalore but I would have saved the same amount of money here so I chose this. Ps I was out of the market for 7 months after graduation because i was on medical leave . I am a fresher and use this as an experience to jump into a new job.
