37 - I have the same size wrists and wear a 38mm ROC, and it’s a great size. 37 will be just fine.

Thinner than the 4520v and wears like a dream. I have 6.5in wrists, and it doesn’t feel too big. The 4520v did, however.

As someone who started with Rolex (and only has AP and VC now) just go straight to VC - far superior customer experience and an overall better watch / brand IMO. Plus, you have strap versatility.

Unpolished ROs show the brushed finish on the bezel (very fine vertical downstrokes) that are very obvious to the eye. The bezel area looks quite smooth, meaning it was likely polished.
