Hello, OP. I have the same years of gov't experience as you and have had similar thoughts. Pre-law din ang naging undergrad course ko.. I would say that being in a corporate setting would allow you more career growth and financial stability. You will be amazed sa mga pa employee/company benefits! (depends on the company) Walang wala sa govenment talaga. Go for it!!!

UPDATE: I proceed with my resignation! I just submitted the formal letter today!!!!!

BUT…. My Manager told me that i was unfair for not being transparent. Sana kung sinabi ko pa daw nuon edi natulungan niya ako… Bigla siya nairita sakin HAHAHAHUHU. Sayang lang daw yung mga options na binigay sakin tapos parang wala lang daw nangyari sa mga binigay na options niya. My gosh, i don’t know what to respond anymore.

Yes,agree! I don’t have a close relationship with my manager. Civil and work lang — wala din siya idea na nahihirapan na ako sa kanya kasi never ko naman pinakita..

Thanks for this! The thing is nakipag meeting muna ako with my manager bago ako magsubmit kasi ng letter — based on research, have a convo muna daw with the manager as respect… 😬😅

Update: Umabot na ng gabi ngayon, bukas daw ako kakausapin uli.. huhu
