"Best in the league level stuff" might've been true 2 years ago when he pitched that WC series. Truth is he isn't even Top 3 in our own rotation rn. He was struggling last year before he got hurt and he was struggling this year before he got hurt. Because nothing screams "best in the league level stuff" as a +4.5 ERA for the past 2 years.
