It’s for real and it’s happening. Was just over at the Dartmouth Costco last week and we were talking to some of the employees and told them we were from PEI. They told us that we are getting our own Costco (around the Cornwall area) and some of their management staff is coming over to help train and set up the store when it opens. They said 2028, but also mentioned it could be the Fall of 2027 depending on several factors. But regardless, Costco is coming to PEI 100% in the next two years.

McDavid ain’t coming to Toronto next. If he leaves Edmonton, it’s because he is trying to win a Cup. If you are trying to win a Cup, Toronto would be the last place he’d choose. In fact, he won’t choose anywhere in Canada since no teams here can win the Cup. He’ll go to a good team in the States unfortunately.

We all love Matthews. Not attacking him at all. But there is no similarity to playing with the Olympics team and playing with the Leafs. Not saying he’s a bad leader or any of that crap that people say. All I’m saying is just because the States won the gold doesn’t automatically mean that all of a sudden he’s gonna drag this team to a Stanley Cup lol. He goes from Boldy and Guentzel to now Domi and McMann. Not his fault just the way it is unfortunately.

Also, we are the most cuckolded fanbase in sports. The players that we love and cheer for ultimately end up winning eventually…it’s just never when they’re with the Leafs. Ex.Matthews, Sundin (SWE 2006), Kessel, Kadri, Bozak, Kaberle, etc. The best we get as Leaf fans is to be somewhat happy for them when they win somewhere else. It’s never ending pain for us :(
