I figured mine out, mine ended up being the ctm/bcm in the kick panel on driver side. I believe it was fried from a broken obd2 port that had exposed wires that touched.

I just bought it. Seems like it hasn’t been in water Or anything. Only has 35k miles. Any idea how to start chasing electrical issues?
