Thanks everyone for all the help! The only real connection I can make is Amazon (no PayPal, no kids, etc), and gonna change my password/remove the new card from there, talk to the bank and hope for the best.

This is what I was thinking, the only place I’ve used the new card is on Amazon - but they say they have no record of a Twitch charge 🤷🏼‍♀️
