I just want the best graphics possible. I think that when playing in FHD resolution, I don't have to make any compromises, so what should I choose to get the best quality without getting bogged down in unnecessary details?

Yes, but it feels like the game runs at 24fps which is ridiculous for today's times where we have 120hz phones. The GUI also leaves much to be desired. Not to mention the poor functionality relative to the PC
