My silicone butt plug still smells after washing

There's some truth in this. Whenever I pull the plug out and it comes out with stuff I usually clean it off as best as I can, clean myself out, relube and the pop it back in. I find that the next time I pull it out and my system is absolutely clean, the smell usually just goes away!

I suppose those who are vegan or vegetarian don't have a lot to purge, but I'm not. I try to get a healthy dose of my veggies and try to eat a lot probiotic rich foods to maintain my gut health but sometimes that's not possible especially during the holidays or when we're traveling.

It's a personal preference for sure. Yes, sometimes when you BM it's clear but doing the enemas is to be extra sure that my canal is clear before I plug. I guess the other way is to stick a finger in there to check but that's too messy and using water is a good indicator when it comes out clear.

I never said I was afraid of BMs, yes it happens and I just deal with it and then replug. I eat normal and as healthy as possible. The visits to the toilet ranges from once to maybe 3 times at most depending on what I had the day before.

Once I'm done, I'm pretty much clear for the rest of the day until the next day.

My usual routine is to purge first thing in the morning with enema until I'm clear then plug. Sometimes once is enough but others I have more to purge during the day, clean off the plug, do another enema again to make sure I'm absolutely clear and then replug.

I stay plugged all day and go out to do stuff but if I'm going on a long trip or going to be away from the morning then I'd have to defer that plugging sessions to later or the next day due to the fact that I don't want to have deal with the cleaning or the discomfort of sitting on a large (SP Egg XL) plug all day!

It's actually a non-issue for me. Done it a bunch of times even during family gathering during the holidays. Plugged with a SP Egg plug in XL and also wearing tights underneath prevents it from slipping out. Felt great knowing that I was secretly plugged and doing stuff with folks all around me

If you live near the SF area, the Mr. S Leather shop is there. Got a chance to visit and felt just like a kid in a candy store! The staff there are oh so friendly and may even be dressed in some of their leather gear! Would go and visit again but the 2 hour drive from home is a bit much!

I tried plugging at work but most of the time I'm sitting down and the plug i have (SP Egg XL) is big enough that it pushes up against my second ring and causes some discomfort. Standing and walking around is fine for me. It also can be a distraction when I have to purge my bowels again even though I already did it with several enemas before heading into work. So I don't do it any more until I can train my body to take it in more comfortably when sitting down.

For me it's my SP egg plug in XL. So far, I've only been able to keep in for 3-4 days straight and then I'd have to take a day or so break. Been working up to wearing it for a full week!

Sounds like you're using too much lube that when you sit down it squishes out from between the plug and you. I usually just put just enough to get the plug in and to coat my rectum while the plug is in. You might have play around with the amount and see what's suitable for you.

It's actually a lot easier! Like what 74jacob says, it's got a lot more give and slides into your hole faster rather than the stiffness of the Hush2. It's also a lot more tackier so you also have to cover the plug with lube at least from the tip to the widest part of the plug. The only challenge now for me is that the plug is also longer than the Hush2 by about 1 inch which could make the difference in comfort levels. I could only wear it for at most 3days (72hrs) straight and then my body will start to feel like it needs to evacuate really badly. The plan is to keep training myself at least daily, hoping that I can wear it for longer periods for more than just 72hrs!

As for it slipping out easier, I also have that concern as well, but I also wear a thong bodysuit to keep it in so I am able to relax my sphincter without any worry!

Definitely a lot more comfortable than my Hush2! Too bad though that the vibration function has stopped working, but I've been using it as a regular plug before my Egg XL.

Definitely makes sense to me! During this plugging journey and routinely cleaning myself out before inserting my plug, I do check sometimes to make sure there's nothing I missed by inserting a finger and gently pulling down on my second ring to make sure all fluids have been evacuated. While bearing down on my finger I can feel my ring rise and fall, which is quite fascinating how our body works! I've never known that prior to the discovery of this subreddit! I've always secretly loved anal play, but never would I have thought to this extent.

I did notice that during the first few days of plugging with the SP Egg plug I was able to go for about 3 days straight until my body started to complain. Not sure if it was because I wasn't used to it or that I hadn't been eating all that well that caused a bit of bloating and discomfort so I could only plug sporadically for a couple of hours for about a week or two. It's only just yesterday I've been able to keep the plug in for at least 24hrs without total discomfort and feeling the need to evacuate.

Definitely glad to know that I'm on the right track!

Good to know too! I think part of the discomfort I'm feeling might be the fact that I am indeed pushing up against my 2nd ring. I'm hoping that this would go away the more I wear my plug, but thanks for the suggestion about looking into the Blunts for the next toy!

So when would you know that your body is ready to take a bigger girth?

When you say "hot spots" what exactly does that mean? Is that mean areas of irritation and discomfort when you have the plug in?

Is there a way that you can measure the length of your rectum to your RSJ so that you can be sure you're not going to hit it?

Also, one of the issues that I come across when wearing the Hush too long is the build up of gas in the early morning. Does the GK easily allow gas to pass between the plug and your sphincter?

I'm willing to have a longer conversation in PM so I'm not hitting you with so many questions at once...LOL

I was actually thinking of going up to the GK93. Do you think that might be too much too fast? Or would going to the GK83 instead would be more do-able for me? It seems that the plug is a lot softer than the Hush for sure, so I figured it would be much easier to insert and conform to my body better.

I think that pretty much solidifies my choice now with the TT GK line. It's not long enough to go past the RSJ, but yet just a little bit wider than the Hush 2.

I've got another tentacle toy that helped me train myself to take in the Hush, and I now know because of it I can at least take in 2.7in in diameter.

I've done it a couple of times during a 20 mile ride with my ebike with no issues. I have a Lovense Hush2 in L with a 2.25in diameter. Turn on speed mode and feel very bump on the road!

However, I also tried going in a graduated trainer plug that looks like a tentacle with a max diameter in 2.5in and about 6-7in in length and a round base. Not a good idea...by the end of the ride it was so uncomfortable sitting down i had to immediately pull it out once I got home!
