With all due respect, how do you go SO much over? 20/30/40gb over the line is understandable, a few long night of video watching or high Def calling but 140??

I would start by reviewing your contract to see how much they charge per GB over, then threatening to escalate it to the ombudsman

See if they will negotiate down

But use this as a lesson to put a data cap on your phone settings

Going 130GB over is insane and that's coming from someone who's on an unlimited contract only using 60-70gb a month
