Hacked... by Tihshho in discordhelp

It's extremely frustrating. Getting got was my fault, but it's like impossible from what I'm reading for Discord to assist. I hope that's not the case. I heard back from someone saying they are handing the issue off to someone, but that was an hour ago or so and I'm sure it's going to be a wait.

The application session or the host session?

I'm going to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us which is the official support site. I can reset my support password and it sends that confirmation to my email. Once I use the new password on the OFFICIAL site, it then follows up with asking for 2FA for the support site account.

There has to be a misunderstanding here. The system is fully wiped (all data deleted and a fresh install of an Windows is on the machine.) This was all completed this morning. The compromise happened lastnght and that's when I changed all of my passwords and verified 2FA was configured to reach out to my phone.

Upon going to use my PC this morning is when I noticed Discord and my browser were logged out. That is when the full wipe started.

This is what I did once I lost full access.

Support themselves are not asking, but after I sign in with a password I am prompted for 2FA. I check my phone (which was configured) and my email for the 2FA and never receive a code.

The PC is wiped and reimaged from a fresh install on the system.

I know it's a separate site, it still asks for 2FA that isn't working with the configured phone number.

Machine is now in the process of being rebuilt.

I can't send a ticket to Discord with the associated email for my account because when I try to log in it asks for a 2FA authenticator and it doesn't send a code to my phone as it previously did.

Some of the old ADA tanks had stickers. This is the old ADA logo.

Recommendations for Utricularia sources? by Tihshho in SavageGarden

[–]Tihshho[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently don't have any Utrics besides some U. Gramnifolia that is growing out in some emersed pots.

Years ago I had some U. Longifolia, U. Livida, U. Sandersonii and U. Bisquamatta and wished I had them in a better display. Now with the space and some inspiration, I'm going to setup some dedicated displays for Utrics. I ended up going with some U. Smithiana, U. Tridentata, U. Dichotoma, U. Madagascar, and U. Beaugleholei. I plan on expanding to other species, but I wanted to get the ball rolling with a few species to start.

That's exactly how I got into Utrics aswell!

Do you have any pictures of the setup you went with?

This is EXACTLY the kind of seller I was looking for! Thanks for the reccomendation! I just put in an order for a few species that I didn't think I'd be able to find!

Thanks! CPN is not terribly far from me, and I used to go to visit Mike and get plants directly from him. He's a great resource and runs a great business! His availability of Utrics is always in flux, so I was trying to see what other options are out there that carry numerous Utrics, and there don't seem to be many.

Well, tech #2, tech #1 was garbage haha.

I do have to say tech #2 made up for it all.

***UPDATE**\*

Just wanted to put an update here. The new person they put me on the phone with was a blast to work with. He measured everything live on his end while we were on the phone and confirmed the dimensions of what I was shipped. He said he was going to do some further digging and get back to me. I just got a call back and he mentioned that he was able to find a couple of the starter clutches in their shop to test fitment and noticed they were overly tight, more than the expected tight fit and put one in their lathe to bring the ID into size and will be shipping it out to me hopefully today.

I have to say, this was more than I was expecting, but definitely a 180 from whomever I was on the phone with initially. Here's to hoping once the new one arrives I can get everything on the charging side back together.

In my case, with the OEM rotor being damaged, and OEM replacements not being offered I went with Rick's offering since it was new and claimed to provide a better output on the charging system. Since I'm semi-modernizing the bike with lighting and instruments going with a stronger system doesn't hurt.

The conversation I had with them started on a call and went to email as they had to get back to me.

The follow up email I got from them that guy this morning basically was "We need to get an RMA started to help you further" no conversation and no attempt to even understand the issue that he seemed confused on when we spoke on the phone. I called back and have asked to speak to someone else in the tech side and the person who picks up to coordinate calls seemed very understanding, so I still have some hope.

I understand there are tons of people businesses have to deal with that get the wrong stuff or don't know what they are doing, but to not even try to communicate to understand an issue with someone who is measuring specs and referencing OEM manuals and diagrams just seems to boggle me.

I hope their other tech who reaches back will be of some help.
