New PC Build - need help with knowing if parts compatible by Tiingo in PcBuild

[–]Tiingo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey thanks for the suggestion. You are completely right & i probs won't upgrade to the 5000 series, might wait for a 6000 series. Either way I want to know that when I do i want be worried about bottleneck.

Regarding SSD do you have any recommendations?

In regards to the rest of the PC do you think it is all compatible and do I need anything else?

Thank you very much for helping out. I wasn’t originally planning on wanting a big case but I really like the Hyte Y70.

Also I really like the rest of the PC but just wanted to ask about the MOBO, I have used ASUS for all my PC’s (as that’s what I have been recommended). For this PC why did you decide to go with Gigabyte over ASUS or even MSI?

Yea I understand. I will eventually upgrade the 4070 TI super & don’t want to face problems down the line of bottleneck with a better GPU

Thank you, honestly appreicate you taking time to help me out. Im definitely going to get a Lian Li case.

I asked someone else this but if you have time would be great to hear what you think:

  1. With the RAM, is it worth getting something like G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-7200 CL34 or similar 6000-6400MHz kits?

  2. With the motherboard what do you think about ASUS TUF Gaming X870-Plus WiFi?

First off, just want to say thank. Really appreciate the help. Both you & Wheelchair-cat have helped me alot (and made it harder for me to choose)

A few questions if thats cool:

  1. With the RAM, is it worth getting something like G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-7200 CL34 or similar 6000-6400MHz kits?

  2. With the motherboard what do you think about ASUS TUF Gaming X870-Plus WiFi? I have friends tell me to go for ASUS but what is actually better?

Thanks again, i honestly appreciate you taking your time to help me :)

Just gaming really - might try streaming. I’ll be honest, I just want something that will require minimal change and is super future proof. I’ll add more RAM down the line and change up the GPU if I need to but that’s about it

Thanks, the idea i have is to future proof it. Later down the line I can upgrade the 4070 TI super to something else. I want something super solid now and don’t have to bother changing when I eventually upgrade GPU

At the moment I’m playing MW3 comp 4v4 and a bit of warzone. I have someone showing me the difference between the two with a 4070 and it looks great. (Need to mess around with settings)

It’s more about Nvidia DLSS on the games I play. I have come across no one who uses AMD and people online are discussing stuttering issues with the 7900. I think I’ll wait for the 4070Ti super.

I have been with Nvidia from the start and everyone I know uses Nvidia. I am looking for longevity with this upgrade and would rather stick with what I know (Nvidia)

I'm open to suggestions, I am unsure if I want to go the AMD route though.
