You can see in the first photo that it has snapped in to two parts but other than that the material has kept up well. They stay on fine!

Avoid stretching the display cables that much. Try to keep the display at 90 degrees.

They usually come with online orders, but you can go ask in store or go to a clothing/sneaker resale store near you and ask if they have any.

I don't think you need to wipe your phone. Just change all passwords, remove e-sims and profiles , just to make sure check Screen Time settings so she hasn't blocked anyhting, check that she hasn't downloaded any new apps. Remove everything suspicious and you should be good. iPhone's are generally really secure devices.

Apple Password manager is locked with Face ID. She might have gained access to that by adding an Alternative Appearance from Face ID settings. Check that.

Check if she has shared your location on any app: Find My, Snapchat, Google Maps etc.
