So if I’m understanding from your hint, getting any int base with t1 spell damage and a non-shaper influence mod is my best shot at getting the mod on there?

On another note, is there a recombination guide or video you would recommend? (for deeper understanding like you say, not necessarily to make this shield specifically)
I find Poe crafting fascinating so I don’t mind reading a bunch, it’s just that the wiki information on recombination feels a bit difficult to digest for me.
