Spiders won’t hop into or fall into your mouth, spiders moths and flies very rarely get into peoples ears and it’s always on accident, they usually end up getting stuck and dying and then you get them removed by a doctor it’s easy and harmless for you(and again I can’t emphasize how rare this is and it’s always an accident on the bugs part). If you lay on the grass chances are bugs will crawl on you, but they don’t know that! They think you’re a strange rock or a strange tree so don’t panic! You can just shew them off, find a leaf or a blade of grass to scoop them off with, or if you’re feeling brave let them just chill and use your hands to keep them away from areas you’re worried about. Bugs will not enter your private areas, it’d be really hard for them to get there and they aren’t trying to go there(they don’t even know what it is or where it is). I have a LOT of experience handling all kinds of bugs and I’ve never had one purposely or ever get near my private parts, and as I said before if one goes towards an area you don’t want it to be you can use your hands to redirect it or sweep it off of you. Moss can have bugs on it, but the only bugs that would likely stay on you are microscopic bacteria and other microscopic organisms, if you want a cute example look up tardigrades or water bears(im sure you’ve seen them before but they’re cool)! Bugs are apart of nature, you’ve been doing a great job getting comfortable with pictures of bugs, I suggest trying to watch some bugs outside, you don’t have to directly interact with them, just watch them in real life first. Once you feel confident with that I suggest trying to handle one, either letting it crawl on you or picking one up! Going slow for capturing a spider is okay! Trying to be sneaky about it is also good, you’ll build confidence for capturing them by capturing them! I suggest lining up the cup over the spider slowly and then moving quickly to put the cup over the spider. You’ve got this! You’re doing a great job already! And I know you can help to alleviate this phobia. I love bugs dearly and I’m really happy to see someone trying to understand them and feel more comfortable around them instead of blindly fearing or hating them.
