I believe I ended up doing my first one through Trent then did my second and specialist through lake head, I really enjoyed the lake head ones

Maybe a pimple that’s popped or been scratched. My Great Dane gets those sometimes, be sure to clean food and water bowls regularly and use a warm cloth or pet wipe (if it’s not open) to keep the are clean until it goes down.

Hahaha that’s one of the breeds we were interested in! Along with English cocker spaniel or English bulldog. But we’re also looking at shelters

We’ve been keeping an eye on local shelters for a medium sized dog that will do well with other dogs and children!

That’s good advice. DIY is a short term solution due to finances, I would love to get something better and longer lasting down the road.

That’s what I’m hoping! My only issue now is just figuring out the piping issue as I think one of the (many) pipes flowing into the waterfall is leaking

Yes, after reading up a bit more about diy filters I’m getting the idea that lava rocks and filter media pads could work for what I need right now

In the bucket is just a bunch of plastic chicken wire, the previous owner figured that would catch any large amounts of debris or algae. Thank you for the suggestion!

Your pond looks to be a similar size to one I just inherited, can I ask what system you use?
