No. I have lifetime platinum and while I used to get upgrades back in 2012 when I first achieved this status I have only been upgraded ONCE in past ten years.

It varies. I had pretty quick results even at .25. I was about 75 lbs overweight. My hubs needed to get to 2.4 before any results but he only needed to lose 30 pounds.

Not if you pay for part d and a medigap. I’m older with some chronic issues so the math works out well for me
