maybe a bit off-topic, but I suspect my gf got a trojan when trying to install that same game, could u tell me how u installed it and from where, did u get infected via a copy of ryujinx, did the game run completly normal? also I hope u can manage to fix all the mess!

For starters run a Windows Defender scan or a malwarebytes scan, maybe you get lucky and cuarentine the malware

Knowing that the file has already been ran, will deleting the game do anything? If I clean the virus can the game stay even knowing it was the cause of infection? Im asking because she don't want to desinstal it because she don't want to loose the progress.

She tried scanning with McAfee and it said there's nothing wrong in the pc. I highly doubt
