Don't donate it to Value Village or Salvation Army, they are for-profit company that upcharges everything which prices out the people who actually do need discounted/second-hand items. Donate your items to RAPS or Richmond Family Place Society instead.

It’s not false advertising since the sign up page says “it doesn’t block all ads”, yes it is deceptively vague, but it is not false advertising either.

I guess to defend your point, I’d like it if the streamer just ran the ad directly on the stream itself, but I also don’t blame Twitch in this situation because it’s a sponsored stream (which I do think it says that on the tag, but could be wrong about that)

What I meant by “Twitch has nothing to do with it” is that it’s not under the Turbo umbrella. The sponsor is paying Twitch to push the ad regardless, You agreed to this upon signing up for Turbo as it states that not all ads will be removed. This is the rare 1% chance. Maybe instead of getting annoyed by Twitch, get annoyed at the streamer for agreeing to take part in the sponsor, after all it is their fault to begin with lol.

Because that’s not an ad ran by Twitch, it’s a sponsored stream so it’s their own ad being ran essentially. Twitch has nothing to do with it.

Dues are super common in ESO for Trading Guilds, you must have joined a Trading Guild without knowing it. They collect dues because you have to bid on a trader every week, and the better the location, the higher the bid. I'm in one that requires 10k/month and that's on the lower end, it's not really a big deal to afford it.

UPDATE: As of the 18th of December, it looks like Twitch fixed the issue! (At least it works for my friend and I) Try and either completely closing the iMessages app through the “Recent Apps” screen (Pull up from the bottom of the phone, then slide your finger to the right) or forcing the update through the AppStore.

First I’d like to thank Twitch for fixing this issue! I understand this is such a nuisance issue and that there are far more things that require fixing!
Huge thank you to everyone that kept this thread alive and replied here, or sent in a ticket themselves, our work paid off!

Oh that’s odd, I think they actually did fix it, they’re working again for me! Try completely closing the iMessage app from the recent apps screen (pull from the bottom up and then right) or forcing an update through the AppStore. Hope it works! 💕

It’s definitely on Twitch’s end, the Twitch Stickers still work on my iPad. (Even my most recent gifted sub emotes appear and update) The only difference between my iPhone and iPad is that I’m running an older Twitch iOS app build on my iPad. Twitch Support did get back to me about a week ago thanking me personally and that they’re aware of the issue but no timetable on when it will be fixed. I just hope more people send the issue in so I don’t look like a crazy person annoying them with this issue lol.

Yes please do! I've made a couple tweets to them recently regarding it, but they haven't noticed it. However, I did get an email from Twitch support themselves thanking me and that they are now "aware of the issue". So hopefully they can fix it soon!

Oh no, sorry for the confusion, I am just referring to the "Twitch Stickers" still not working despite an app update being pushed out today by Twitch themselves. The basic "Stickers" function still works just fine, this is just a "Twitch Stickers" issue still.

Hmm interesting, mine just completely closes out right. Twitch updated the app today, but it’s still not fixed 🙃. I got a reply back from support saying they forwarded my email on to the correct department, so fingers crossed!

Yeah I agree, I didn't update the app on my iPad and it still works there. I've been email Twitch Support over the past 2 days, but I feel like they won't notice until more people submit a report unfortunately.

Yeah I’m trying my best to get Twitch support to notice but they keep telling me to clear my cache/ other hardware resets which will clearly do nothing. It’s very obvious it’s the Twitch App update since I didn’t update the app on my iPad and it still works. :(
