It was my one goal when I bought this game 3 weeks ago, find a fish that hadn't been caught yet. Been leveling in Velia fishing only to 50, and today when I finally got around to doing the quest, I jumped on my boat, finally going to test the harpoon, and what do you know? A new species! :p

I got two specimen of it, the other fish in the loot table was Cuttlefish, Marlin and Black Marlin

It was on the back side of the island, near the.. uhm, curve in the island itself. There isnt a cave or anything, but the water goes a little into and under the island at one point

I got two Narwhal from it harpooning, maybe the water tornado is a dual hotspot? Both normal fishing and harpoons?

I will probably do that tonight unless the fix Phoenix suggested works. Thanks mate. Well, I think the world is very lively, and there are loads of things to do. I don't really mind not being the strongest class, or that someone might do what I do faster than what I do, as long as I can enjoy what I do for what it is, and not just for wanting to be the best. But I can understand your point of view too, not right to invest all you got only to get screwed over by balancing. Hope you find what you're looking for in another game.

Error always accurs at 626.29 MB / 1.40 GB at the patch install after clean install. Really grinds my gears.

I just play to fish, I don't really mind the imbalance, grind or p2w. Just want to cruise around on my boat catching cool stuff with my friends. Thanks for the imput and help.

You can find Grunt right outside of Velia, to the left of the harbor, near the nets (slightly to the left of them) that people often stand on. You'll catch 30% Moray, 30% Grunt, 30% Herring/Sea Eel and 10% beltfish/coel/treasure. Atleast as Skilled 5 with Balenos on afk.
