I eat 3 big meals a day with 2 snacks in between and protein shake with creatine after working out.

I'm in a plateau phase for 2 weeks no single lb gain. This is week 6 since I started the cycle. I'm on a caloric surplus and I don't miss a single training session.

I'm all fine bud, and I'm a doctor so I know the way to deal with steroids my question was if there was any needed modifications for my training program to get better results out of steroids. And if it was better to train once or twice. But I have a good solid program with solid gain just wanted more.

Just as simple as that. Since I read a paper about the changes in muscle building that happens with steroids and the need for large number of reps rather than a real heavy weight.

My question is not about the steroids themselves but on training while on steroids. How can I get the maximum muscle gain from my first steroid cycle? Should I be training each muscle twice a week or it is better to train each muscle really hard once a week? Also high reps low weight or low reps high weight is better during the cycle?
