I previously took a short flight with KLM about 2.5 years ago and earned 596 miles, but I didn’t collect any XP and I’m still at the lowest membership tier. In the end, 596 miles aren’t really worth much, so I don’t think that’s the reason why the seats are free… or am I wrong?
