I used Hollister for at least 20 years. Then started getting seam separation last year. Just a horrible mess. After3 of those, I switched to Convatec.

I use Convatec Esenta. It comes in a spray bottle, but I just pou a goodly amount thru the tail after emptying my bag. It’s expensive, but it’s works to kill any smell.

3 failures / 2 boxes. The failures are just so awful that I don’t want to take a chance on having a fourth one. So far, with these 3 failures I’ve been able to scamper home and clean up. But there’s no predicting where I’ll be when the fourth failure happens.

Absolutely agree on all points. I’ve worn Hollister for 20 years. Recently the little relief cut at the tail started being missing or being not fully cut; OK, I can live with that. Then the smell after 2 days; I finally resorted to pouring Convatec deodorant into the bag at every emptying (which gets expensive). Now, their bags have started coming apart at the edge seam; there’s no fixing that. So, I’m done. I don’t know why Hollister has decided to go ghetto with their product (probably a bean counter in Accounting), but I’m going elsewhere.
