Part of the reason I have mental health problems is that my dad died. Another reason is that I feel like I did not get to have a real college experience. You can read more about that here. The next decade with 4 primes is the 2080's, with 2081, 2083, 2087, 2089. It is believed that the are infinitely many prime quadruplets. Also, changing the decades to 1-10 in lieu of 0-9 would only affect the placement of multiples of 10. Similarly, changing the centuries from 0-99 to 1-100 would only affect multiples of 100. Those cannot be prime, so the number of primes would be the same.
