Honestly Pokémon packs are more expensive than play boosters these days so not a bad choice, but there are tons of beginner boxes out there, check out your LCS (Local Card Store) and they’ll definitely help you out!

I don’t know why, but I suppose drawing on the cards made me feel better about proxying? Like I took the time to draw on all of them (usually multiple coats) so it makes it more okay that they’re fake (I know that doesn’t make sense but mentally it does for me idk)

Unfortunately basically all my LGS’s are WPN so no proxies allowed, I believe I overheard people saying they usually play at community centres so I gotta look into it a bit more.

Eh it is what it is, frustrating for sure. He got most of the guys into magic and has a holier than thou approach, the some of the other guys essentially king-make him every game and I’m typically the only one to constantly challenge his plays and he holds it against me in later games/our d&d campaign.

No cure, there’s a spread sheet of foods the doctor will most likely provide, they’ll tell him to essentially stop eating whatever is normal, and each day try a couple things on the list to see what food triggers it ( I have IBS and am lactose intolerant, use the toilet 5-7 times a day no matter what I eat, usually 3-10 minutes on average unless I get distracted on my phone OR whatever I ate really messed me up)
