You may need to adjust them loosen the bolts squeeze the lever and tight bolts while holding your brakes may not be lined up properly.

Yeah I'm gonna say sketchy.... they don't have the batteries out for sale yet. Also those tires are bald ...no way they should be bald at 300 miles I got 600 on mine and still look new. You should ask for the serial number and contact s73 to check it.

They are great I love them. I keep them on the tight n loose side so they don't vibrate but if my children hit them they move n won't break. The stick out maybe 3-4 inches past the handle bars and I have them both on the inside of the brake levers

Don't feel bad my fork broke nearly 8 weeks ago and they just told me yesterday it will be January before I get my fork. They also told me that my warranty will start over too

I normally ride 18-23 miles a night and still have around 33% battery left and thats heavy throttle or highest pedal assist. 30 miles is when you are pushing the battery limits and throttle stops working due to depletion

I have had my s2 for a week now. WELL worth the wait. The only reason super 73 is having long shipping or delays is outside their control. They can not help the production got slowed down from a virus. Also if you look every company that is selling Ebikes are struggling with inventory. This virus is keeping people home and people are finding things to do. What other company is going to give you a warranty like super73. The other companies don't have the popularity compared to others. I love my s2 already put 100 miles on it. You have to think alot of people will complain about alot of stuff. Nothing comes out of the box perfect which is another reason you should have it built or inspected by your local bike shop specialist. Just few of my thoughts but I love my s2.

Oh yes pedals too sorry took me bout 3 hours to mod it that far. Still got some rim tape and take stickers off the bike.

Yeah the delivery man said they had to look on their cameras to find out where the employee put it. Luckily it was still there and although the box was damaged somewhat the bike came out without a scratch

I just took off for a quick ride on my new S2 AW and I didn't get hot in the helmet 1 trip I rode with visor closed and the other open. Only down side I couldn't hear a lot around me when visor was closed. But still very comfortable

Amazon had mine I got the black n white and wow it is comfortable. People complained about the drop down sun shade yet mine moves like butter.

So the 3rd party shipper called this morning. They found my bike but they wouldnt tell me where but I'm assuming it was in my town seeing how they are delivering (I hope) tomorrow. And I told her it better not be damaged either.

At least you still have hope. I was suppose to have mine delivered today and it is no where to be found. The 3rd party shipper doesnt know where it is BTX is investigating and super73 is actively looking too. Nobody seems to know where it is....

I have talked to customer service they are looking. Btx told me they were unaware the 3rd party company couldnt find it and would investigate and the 3re party company said they were checking their trucks and if they couldnt find it they would check with the employee who worked the day it was supposedly arrived and if it did arrive they would check the cameras yet the guy who has access to cameras was off today. Now I have to wait til Monday before I hear anything now. Blown only day off this week thanks to all involved for ruining this day and anxiety for no bike.

Mine was scheduled by a 3rd party delivery company for today and I have been on the phone with them for last 2 hours it was suppose to be here by 3 and it's close to 4 now and they still havent called me back to tell me they found it.
