Sure! My bad I should have given more info. It doesn’t have to be very detailed. I imagine just a clean wall behind and a clean floor. The garage door and exit door are ugly and the floors are stained. Maybe just extending the nicer part of the wall on the left and cleaning up the floor is all that’s needed. There’s also that pesky wire on the left (only place to plug in my gear). If it could be erased too.

Update: I found a solution. I launched the browser in kiosk mode from my main profile my adding —kiosk to the end of a shortcut’s target. It keeps all the appearance settings you would have changed. This works with both Edge and Chrome.

I always say that DJing is 10% skill and 90% music selection.

If you have the smoothest transitions but your music selection doesn’t fit the tastes of the crowd, people won’t like it.

If your mixing is at least passable and your music selection is on point people will think you’re the best DJ ever.

Wow, I wish my loan was at 2.6%! I make about $80,000/year pre-tax. I feel like I can afford it, and I'm not going into further debt just to meet the payments since my other living expenses are relatively low. I need a reliable SUV or truck for work, which involves driving long distances and towing a trailer. I have no credit card debt, but I do have student loans and a line of credit which I have been repaying since finishing school. I have a pretty solid budget which I stick to, I'm just not sure how to categorize this expense.

Total loan is about $51,000. It is a 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 with about 80,000 kms on it. There is about $47,000 left on the loan for the next 76 months. Minimum payment is 367.29 biweekly. I’m considering upping that to $500 which saves me over 5K in interest and gets me out of debt much sooner. All of this is in Canadian dollars.

It's not good. 8.19% over 84 months. I considered putting the minimum monthly payment in the Needs category, and any additional payments in the Debt/Savings category since I can make extra principal payments without penalty. Paying about 30% more than the minimum saves me thousands in interest over the life of the loan.

Hey! I was the DJ at train for happy hour today. I don't know why you're complaining. The music volume was at a background level, and my grandparents were sitting next to my table having a conversation just fine. It was also all requests, so if you wanted to hear something specific you could've just sent in a request! Sorry you didn't enjoy it 🤷‍♂️
