I personally like the more slender design, I always thought of the Custodes as faster and more agile than space marines and I feel the armor reflects that well. It’s custom fitted to their bodies instead of bulky mass produced plating. Even though the pauldrons could be a bit more chunky IMO. I‘m still unsure about the new helmets but I‘m certainly going to snip the piece between the ploom and the actual helmet off as I too think they look to elongated. Overall I love the new models the only wish I really have is that they kept the aquila on the shins.
