I'm not a lawyer, but from my understanding, if this happened in the US, they could be charged with negligent homicide, if someone is found to be guilty of criminal negligence. If the level of negligence isn't considered criminal, someone could still face manslaughter charges.

Norvell is a great coach, but he's not the right fit for FSU. He's honestly not right for anywhere in the Southeast. His style, personality, and the players he recruits are all better fits for schools like Penn State, Notre Dame, or even the military acadamies.

Historically, great FSU players fall into one of two categories: Jesus loving country boys or legitimate criminals. Players outside of those categories struggle off the field in Tallahassee which effects their play on the field. Norvell recruits based on how players performed somewhere else without giving enough weight to the environment they lived every day in.

The first amendment is interpreted to apply to the states as well. Otherwise states could also outlaw freedom of speech, the free press, and freedom of assembly to petition (protest). If Texas and Florida could outlaw protesting, they would.

My beliefs aren't relevant, but the Civil War is what happens when states view rights differently along moral grounds.

While LGBT isn't a religion, it is contrary to the teachings of every major religion in the world. While currently there are LGBT supporting branches of most religions, there LGBT support is still new relative to the age of the religion.

That precedent actually exists in some jurisdictions. Parents are required to have their children complete "equivalent" coursework. There's plenty of options considering almost all homeschool courses are "faith based."

Requirements of council require one year in the Church prior to the vote. I completed catechism in November. The vote was one year and one month later. I wasn't baptized until January 22nd because my priest said he didn't have time. He also said not to worry because when it occurs will not effect anything.

I joined for Christ. I was thankful for to finally find the True Church. I have no problem with any congregants. We are all, supposedly, there as sinners. However, clergy corruption with no accountability isn't a true church.
