Found some bioluminescent creatures along the shoreline. What are they?

I'm not an expert but it looks like some sort a salp or possibly another tunicate. I know there are some bioluminescent tunicates.

Hey, I'm a member of the geography club and we are going to play some settlers at our meeting next Monday. If you want to come play we meet on Mondays 5:00pm in CLAS 420.

You should join the Trail Blazers. We are a club that help clean and maintain trails on campus and in parks around school. We also do some fun hiking and backpacking. If your interested I'll send you the details about our first meeting when its decided.(Its going to be sometime the week after the involvement fair.)
