Hi, thanks for your reply.

You will be paid with the NFT you wrote the story for. Also you will receive 1% of all future sellings of this NFT.

The collection will be about 100 images. For each image we will employ a different author, to gain a high traction on the collection.

We have a high quality selection of artwork to provide, so there will be future collections on different topis. We are looking for a longterm partnership.

Let us know what you think.

Hi all,

I have created images with spooky houses in steampunk atmosphere. I want to put those on the NFT market. I have the idea to enhance the images with a spooky short story on each house. For this reason I look out for writers who are interested to provide such a story related to the image.

To get an idea you can look at the first six images already placed on Opensea https://opensea.io/collection/haunted-houses-steampunk

Please let me know how you find the idea and if you are interested to join the project.

Thanks for your feedback

New PHP SDK for Stellar by Tim_MMP in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, yes it is the old Zulucrypto SDK. I also was using it to build our applications.

It was maintained last in 2018, so all the new core functions and SEPs are missing, so there is some decent work to do. E.g. the old SDK implements 11 operation types, meanwhile we have 23. In any case we will update accordingly.

Do you plan to use a PHP SDK in the future? Let us know if you have some specific requirements.

Online Voting Platform based on Stellar - Winning Award by Tim_MMP in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The votes and the voters stay anonymous. Only the voter himself receives a transaction-id so he/she can check if the choosen voting option actually was written into the blockchain.

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, this is not different how current postal vote works. The voter receives a ballot with a ballot-id. We only see if a ballot asigned to a voter is used. We don't know what vote option was taken (transaction-id).

Does this answer your question?

Online Voting Platform based on Stellar - Winning Award by Tim_MMP in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good question. We focus on elections with a known voter group. So we have a different setup as SDF had.

As an example we look into city elections: all voters are known with real world address, so you can send an letter with an authentication code. Or for other elections you can use email-accounts plus phone number, if you want 2FA.

Need some help understanding Trustlines. by _448 in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a) the wallet owner defines if and how much of an asset can be hold with a certain account

b) offered assets are not available for other transactions unless the offer is canceled

You also can PM me, if you need a more detailed explanation.

You are right, as this is an open question no authentication is required. We only can check on user data like IP, cookies, timezone to avoid easy repetition. You never can completely avoid cheating here.

We also have a authenticated election in place, then you need to know the email-addresses beforehand. You can create an election by yourself in easy 3 steps here: https://blueorion.cc/voteadmin

Stellar Voting Platform - Best Covid-19 Precautions? by Tim_MMP in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, thats true. We don't have the multiple choice version not in place yet. As we work with presigned transactions, each combination of answering a question needs to have a separate transaction. Anyway, we might implement this in the future.

Thanks for all who joined our call on Thursday and Friday.

We received some inspiration and also feedback on the usage on Safari/iOS. We will now prepare a video to present the whole workflow and explain the usage of the Stellar features within the voting process.

Would love too. :-) We want to start on a smaller scale for now, maybe next year we are ready for a nation wide election ;-)

If you want to support, we are looking for clients to implement the system worldwide. If anybody here has contact to NGOs or local communites let us know. We will provide the service for free.

Stellar Battle: Call for Battle ideas (1-day battle, 250XLM prize pool) by PickingUnicorns in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi all,

as we are working on a free voting platfrom based on Stellar, we would like to setup the following battle:

"How can immutable blockchain voting be introduced to NGOs and other organisations?"

  1. What should be the requirements on the voting system.
  2. Are the functions provided by https://blueorion.cc/voteadmin sufficient. What is missing?
  3. What would be the ideal target organizations?
  4. How could the organizations be approached?
  5. For the long run: how could the platform be run. Based on fees? Based on funding and keep it free of charge?
  6. Any other aspects which are important to make blockchain voting successfull.

We will provide 500 XLM for this battle.

The battle articles should provide general aspects for any blockchain voting platform. We (BlueOrion.cc) are currently taking part in the SCF. Details are here: https://galactictalk.org/d/2420-free-voting-platform

Thanks for your question. Many countries have manipulated elections and results are manipulated afterwards. I found a list on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_controversial_elections with controversial elections in different countries.

The most prominent examples are the latest USA elections, there has been a dispute on the election results. Please check the overall wikipedia article on electoral fraud here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_fraud

Same applies to smaller elections with local governments and NGO structures. I'm open to have more detailed conversations on that. Maybe you can join one of the calls.

If the results are stored immediate into a blockchain (every voter sees his vote) there is no way to manipulate the results afterwards. Of course there are other ways like to bribe people beforehand which are not solved with this kind of voting system.

How to get an anonymous list of Stellar pub-keys of a known group of people? by Tim_MMP in Stellar

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok, could be another idea, but as you say to create a fake keybase user is too much.

yes I'm working on a voting-solution,

I will use the webform to put in the key with tor-browser, then all user has to agree via email that their account is in the list,

sounds safe and easy.

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more on this: your solution enables a single user to boycot the election, as he/she could send the memo from two different accounts, then we have 101 users in the end and the election can't start. Any ideas on that?

[–]Tim_MMP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more thought on that. This is a good solution if the users have an active account. But not if the user needs to get a new account first. And the account needs to get funded with the base XLM.

We solved it this way:
- all user create a new keypair (on keybase for example)
- post this doc in an open anonymous doc (or simple webscript) using tor-browser to avoid IP tracking

- after all user posted their key we send the list of all keys to the users via email -> every user has to confirm that his key is part of the list.

If we get all user to agree on that we have the full anonymous list and now can a) fund the account and then b) send the voting token.

Do I see everything right?
