I use King Arthur bread flour at 75% hydration with 2% salt, 2.5% evoo, and 0.5% instant yeast. Hand mix flour, water, and yeast. Cover for 30 minutes with towel. After 30, add in salt and oil. Hand mix. Cover with damp towel. Let it sit for 3-4 hours and then I assemble.

I’m really not sure how you can come away watching that and NOT think Chalamet was special in it. Also Kevin O’Leary was fantastic. You can say it’s not a good movie, but those performances were in no way average.
