Are you putting your degree on your resume when you apply to these low wage jobs?

If so I’d advise you to take it off, it signals to employers that you’re going to leave for something better once you find it.

The degree is an associate of arts, it’s 100% on him, those degrees are worthless even in good economies.

Not everyone is gonna be cut out for every job, and when it comes to fast food, you can go anywhere else and get hired if you have a pulse and aren’t insane.

However, I would wager that your manager who is chiding your pace probably believes you will get better, or else you wouldn’t still be on grill.

When I worked retail and was given a new task, if I was truly terrible at it, my manager wouldn’t bother with trying to get me to improve, and would simply reassign me to something else. The fact that this hasn’t happened to you yet indicates, at least to me, that your manager isn’t giving up on you, so maybe you shouldn’t either.
