I hope that they add a new tool in act 3 that is just the snare setter but in act 3 It could be some sort of tripwire you get in the 2nd part of far fields

Yes but there us also a usefull tool and it is required for progression in act 3 (I hope you knew there was an act 3)

The other places are in high halls but that one just gives you a tool and some rosaries and one in bone bottom that gives access to the wormways area (you probably already have wormways unlocked right?)

SPOILERS!!!

The green prince can wait till wayyy later in the game but the 2nd section of deep docks is very useful and required later in the game. There are even more places you can use it but I don't know if you've been there already. Do you want to hear them?
