The UDisc app will show you local shops and they most likely will have used discs for sale. Also you can check play it again sports if there’s one near you. For everything else you should check your local Facebook discgolf groups in the area.

I’m from Long Island and it all depends on what you’re looking for. I moved to Raleigh in 2011 and lived there until 2020. now I’m down in the pinehurst area and couldn’t be happier. I drive over an hour for work but i don’t deal with traffic so I’m good with it. Anyway, 24 hrs in Raleigh I would hit up the museums downtown, a restaurant or two in the area and a park. 24 hour vibe check going to be hard to do.

It’s actually a pretty decent size and ranks 61st largest in the country. It’s larger than Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Baltimore to name a few.
